What is an amber bracelet?

Amber is a traditional remedy, used throughout Europe for many years and may help with inflammation which arises from ailments such as arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome.  As amber should always be worn close to the source of pain, a bracelet may assist people suffering from these conditions.

Elasticated bracelets have no knotting between the beads and simply slip over the wrist. They should be worn as much as possible, including whilst sleeping.

The nugget size on this bracelet is fairly uniform - unlike most teething necklaces where the size of the nuggets taper from larger to smaller. This makes the bracelets a little more expensive "per inch" of amber than the necklaces.

All of the 'butter' bracelets have the highest levels of Succinic acid.

 

So, how do they work?

Baltic Amber contains Succinic Acid, a natural analgesic.

When warmed by the skin, trace elements of healing oils are released and absorbed into the bloodstream, acting as a natural form of relief for teething babies.

Each piece of amber is individually double knotted on the strand and the necklace fastens with a screw clasp.

Children should not be able to get the necklace into their mouths, so it's important that you choose the right size.  Too often, people are sold necklaces that are completlet inapropriate for them to be wearing, so please consult our sizing guidlines before purchasing.
