And last, i’ve got to mention the latest craze in cakes. CAKE BALLS! has anyone created one of these delicious cake bites before? They seem to be all the rage online but not really sure if they are something you can make at home. Never heard of one? see below photo. I think they’d be lovely for a kids birthday party cake replacement since they are smaller sized. There seems to be two ways you can use them, alone or ON a cake for decoration. Any thoughts?
