We understand that you may not always be able to afford everything you need right now.

At flower child, we offer layby on purchases over $40.00.

How to

If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one in order to proceed with layby.

To initiate layby, add you items to your cart.  Once you reach checkout, choose bank deposit as your payment method and type "layby" into the comments box.

You will be emailed a revised invoice in 24 working hours with the minimum deposit required.

Conditions

Our layby conditions are as follows:

Unless advertised otherwise, a 30% deposit is required before your order will be allocated.  Please note that items may sell out between adding items to your cart and payment clearing, so prompt payment is recommended.

Layby's should be finalised within 6 weeks.

Bank deposit or cash payments in-store are the only payment terms for layby. Please use your invoice number, which can be found in the top left hand corner, as the reference when using bank deposit.

Our retail store is located in the Sydney suburb of Collaroy and pick up is most welcome.

We think we are quite reasonable - so please contact us if you have a problem with payments and we will try to work something out

If you wish to cancel your order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your deposit.  You can choose to have the remainder refunded or as a store credit.

Christmas Layby

From July onwards, you can layby for Christmas, at no additional cost. The minimum purchase for Christmas Layby is $80.00.

The minimum deposit is $20, and we ask that you make payments (via bank deposit) at least monthly.

Final amount is payable by 1 December and orders will be shipped on the week beginning 5 December, to ensure that WA customers receive their items in plenty of time.

Don't forget, all this, and you can still take advantage of our flat rate $5.99 shipping. Just make a note "Xmas layby" in the comments box and we'll email you a revised invoice within 1 business day!  So, what are you waiting for - let's go shopping!

Note - orders may not be available before dispatch date unless prior arrangement has been made.
