Shipping Information
Most items will be shipped in prepaid satchels. This may be through Australia Post or our courier company. We will endeavour to use our courier service where an order is:

you are in the courier's nominated service area
We use prefer to use couriers, as the shipment is completely trackable, from store pick up to delivery on your doorstep. You will be sent tracking details when your order is dispatched. You will not incur any extra charges for courier delivery, though if you are in a 'remote' area (such as Far North Queensland), your parcel may take a day more than Australia Post.
Unless advised otherwise, we will give not approval for your item to be left. You will be advised at dispatch if your item is being couriered. Please note this service is NOT available to PO boxes. An authority to leave form can be downloaded here.
Most in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified when your item is posted. Please note that WA customers can take up to 10 days for their items to arrive, though we find most parcels are delivered within a week.
Cost of postage will be confirmed during checkout, but to give an indication:
SMALL ITEM SHIPPING - $2.50 there are numerous items on our site that will fit into an envelope. The small item shipping option is available at checkout for items weighing less than 200 grams and able to be posted as a large letter.
$4.55 for one nappy
$6.00 for two-three nappies in a small pre-paid satchel ($8.30 for express post)
$10.30 for four to seven nappies ($11.80 for express post)
We will credit your account the difference, if the automatic calculator is more than $2.00 above actual postage and handling costs. Shipping/postage credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Additional insurance (registration) is available and can be selected here. Whilst every assistance will be made to help track a lost parcel through the Australia Post system, flower child will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive, that were not registered.
Pre-orders will be notified when the item arrives in our warehouse, then again when shipped.
We do ship internationally, however registered post, requiring a signature on pick up, and shipping insurance to the value of your package is mandatory on all international orders.
Shipping will be calculated after your order has been processed, but before it has been 'confirmed'. Depending on the size/value of your order, international orders may be subject to local import taxes/duty – flower child will not be held liable for these costs.
Returns
Items that are faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Unwanted items may be returned, excluding postage costs, for a credit within the store. This excludes items that were purchased as seconds or with flaws disclosed in the item description. Please contact us prior to returning any items so we can make a note on your order.
