Shipping Information

Australian Shipping:

flower child offers free shipping for amber jewellery to Australian addresses.

$7.50 flat rate shipping for all other items, which includes receipted delivery at no extra charge. Moses Baskets and Moses Basket combo's are excluded from $7.50 shipping, and will be shipped at a flat rate of $24.99.

Dispatch days

Amber jewellery orders are shipped by regular mail Monday - Friday. Orders placed by 3.00pm are usually shipped the same day.

Parcels are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for orders placed before 12pm.  All parcels are sent receipted delivery (ie, you will have to sign for your parcel).  If you would like your parcel left in a safe place, please make a note in the comments box at checkout.  flower child will not be held liable for any lost/damage parcels where Authority to Leave has been requested.

NZ Shipping

Shipping to New Zealand is automatically calculated at checkout.

up to 250g - $7.95

251g - 500g - $12.15

500g - 750g - $16.35

750g - 1kg - $20.55

1kg - 1.25 kg - $24.75

Other International Shipping:

We do ship internationally, however registered post, requiring a signature on pick up, and shipping insurance to the value of your package is mandatory on all international orders.

Shipping will be calculated after your order has been processed, but before it has been 'confirmed'.  Depending on the size/value of your order, international orders may be subject to local import taxes/duty – flower child will not be held liable for these costs. 

If your order only contains Amber Jewellery for international shipping, you can choose Flat Rate Shipping ($5.99) for immediate shipment.

Returns 

Unwanted items may be returned, excluding postage costs, for a credit within the store.  This excludes items that were purchased as seconds or with flaws disclosed in the item description. Items that are faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. 

Please email us with your order no, item description and reason for return.  We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation form, which must be included with your items. No returns or exchanges will be processed without a Return Authorisation. The Return Authorisation form must be included in the return package. We are not able to accept any returns or exchanges without this form.

You must requst a Return Authorisation within 7 days (14 days for remote Qld/WA) and the items must be returned within 14 days (20 days remote Qld/WA).

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs (and reshipping costs if applicable).  However, if an item is faulty, we will refund the return postage costs upon confirmation of the fault. The customer is responsible for returning the product in a manner that will not cause any (additional) damage.

BALTIC AMBER WARRANTY

All Baltic Amber is warrantied for 365 days from your purchase. This applies to both jewellery that has come apart and/or is defective.

Please note that our Baltic Amber is built first-and-foremost for safety. As a safety feature they are 'weak' by design and made to come apart under pressure. They are meant to break or come apart should your little one get tugged too hard by the jewellery by playmates etc.

When exchanging amber jewellery, please enclose $1.20 in stamps to cover the replacement shipping.
